Bryon White,  LEED AP BD+C
President
Bryon co-founded Milender White Construction Co. in 1997 based on five principles that define ConstructAbility™: Build, Innovate, Perform, Connect and Achieve. Since then, Bryon has guided the company to annual revenues of $100 million with over 150 employees.

Recently, Bryon redefined what Milender White has been practicing for the past 13 years, ResponsAbility™: "Doing the right thing when no one is looking." To Bryon, building is more than delivering a safely built quality product; it is about building relationships based on trust and integrity.

Prior to co-founding Milender White Construction Co., Bryon worked for one of the nation's largest and most successful contractors, Hensel Phelps Construction Co. In his various roles Bryon was responsible for managing a multitude of projects including mixed use, multi family, hospitality, historic, recreational, aviation and healthcare. Additionally, Bryon developed his experience delivering projects via hard bid, CM/GC and Design/Build.

Bryon received his Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He is currently a board member for the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the American Builders and Contractors Association.

Mike Milender
Vice President
With a successful career in the United States Air Force and construction experience spanning nearly 30 years, Mike's knowledge of the field in regards to safety, schedule and quality have afforded him the necessary skill set to provide senior leadership on all project types and complexities.

Prior to his role of Vice President and Co-Founder of Milender White Construction Co., Mike enjoyed a 13 year career at Hensel Phelps Construction Co. where he worked his way through the ranks of carpenter, carpenter foreman, general foreman and project superintendent.

Mike's project portfolio includes successful delivery of high tech, high rise, fast-track, sustainable, rural and military based projects. His relentless work ethic and never fail attitude have earned him an outstanding reputation within the industry.

Mike is an active leader and mentor within Milender White, and currently serves as Chair of the Safety Committee.

Darren Hinton,  LEED AP BD+C
Vice President | SPD Division Manager
Darren has been Vice President of Milender White since 1998 and is currently the Special Projects Division Manager.

His education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science and Management from Kansas State University. As Division Manager, Darren is accountable for the success of each and every project under his guidance, recruiting/hiring and employee training. Darren’s continued involvement in professional organizations support his industry awareness, as well as, his ability to lead Milender White's executive team. Darren is also active on various community boards including Concerts for Kids.

Prior to joining Milender White, Darren held the position of Project Manager for Hensel Phelps Construction Co., where his roles included field engineer, office engineer, project engineer and ultimately project manager.

Scott Conrad
Vice President | Rocky Mountain Division
As Vice President and Rocky Mountain Division Manager Scott brings over 29 years of general contracting and development experience to Milender White Construction Co. His extensive design and construction management expertise is extremely valuable to our ownership groups and construction partners. Scott's ability to identify and manage the significant cost and schedule risks associated with complex development ventures is one of his greatest strengths.

Scott began his career working in the field managing a wide range of projects. He then led teams responsible for work procurement, design management, construction operations and turn-key project development. He was Vice President and on the board of directors with one of the nation's largest general contractors for 22 years prior to joining MWCC. Scott has been involved in over 80 different projects ranging from health care, retail, high tech, hospitality, multi-family, office, transportation and government work, including the design-build contract for the comprehensive renovation of the Pentagon.

Scott has been an active member of a variety of industry and civic organizations, including the Design Build Institute of America, the Associated General Contractors and Colorado Horizons. He has served as a Trustee with the Colorado Symphony Orchestra and the Rocky Mountain Repertory Theater. He was appointed to serve on Denver’s Building Code Review Committee, has lectured at Universities around the country, and has been a speaker at AIA and DBIA conferences and seminars.

Jeffrey Mack, PE,  LEED GA
Vice President │ USFM Division Manager
Jeff brings over 25 years of design and construction experience, coupled with seasoned leadership qualities to every major Milender White Construction Co. development project. He specializes in building team consensus during the preconstruction phase to ensure total project success for all stakeholders – owners, designers, and subcontractors included. His vision for every project team is to pull together the best resources from each partner to overcome any potential obstacle.

Prior to joining Milender White Construction Co., Jeff led Turner Construction Company’s Colorado office as Vice President and General Manager, responsible for annual revenues averaging $80 million over the last five years. He was instrumental in securing new work and maintaining client relationships for a wide variety of project types including residential, hospitality, sports facilities, K-12 schools, higher education, commercial, aviation, and interior finish specialty projects. In 2008, he led the Design-Build project team during the pursuit, preconstruction planning, construction, and restoration phases of the Democratic National Convention – Pepsi Center Renovation project. Jeff also spent 9 years with Daniel, Mann, Johnson, & Mendenhall as a design engineer and construction management consultant after 6 years in the US Air Force as a Civil Engineering Squadron Officer.

Jeff possesses a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering degree from the Pennsylvania State University, serves on the Board of Directors for the ACE Mentor Program of Colorado, and is a 1997 Leadership Denver alumnus.

Shane Fobes,  LEED AP
Vice President │ MW Solar, Division Manager
Shane has 16 years of combined experience in commercial construction, and more recently various solar projects. As the MW Solar Division Manager, Shane will systematically manage our construction professionals, as well as maintain consistent communication with the rest of the project team for the duration of the project. Shane will ensure a successful execution, by managing the budget and schedule diligently. Shane's experience and understanding of solar and the design/build process in addition to his knowledge of the installation and maintenance of solar systems, make him the ideal project executive for all solar projects. Shane excels in communication and managerial skills, allowing a productive and successful work environment. His years of experience, and knowledge of solar, guarantee a winning professional partnership.

William S. Yearsley, Ph. D.
Board Member
Dr. William (Bill) Yearsley is a senior instructor and Nicholas R. Petry Professor in Construction Engineering and Management (CEM), Department of Civil, Environmental and Architectural Engineering at the University of Colorado - Boulder.

Prior to entering the academic field Dr. Yearsley co-founded American Civil Constructors (ACC) in December of 1999 and functioned as the first CEO and Chairman of this $260 million revenue publics works construction business.

In addition, Dr. Yearsley served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for Redland Aggregates, a business unit of Redland PLC, becoming the youngest and first parent company executive director from outside the European community of the 90-year-old UK Public Company.

Dr. Yearsley earned his Bachelor of Science degree in engineering and technology from Southern Illinois University, his Masters in Construction Management from Colorado State University and his Ph. D in Interdisciplinary Studies Construction Planning from Colorado State University.
