Bryon White
President
Education: Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering, University of Colorado at Boulder. Throughout his career, Bryon has been promoted through the ranks of field engineer, office engineer, project engineer, area superintendent and project manager. This has afforded him with a well-rounded exposure to all elements of construction with a high expertise in preconstruction services. Bryon White and Mike Milender founded the company after both spending their entire professional careers with Hensel Phelps Construction Co.

Mike Milender
Vice President - General Superintendent
After completing a successful career in the United States Air Force, Mike worked his way through the ranks of Hensel Phelps with positions held such as; carpenter, carpenter foreman, general foreman and project superintendent. His experience affords him the ability to assure that all projects are operated with a strong commitment to safety, quality and schedule.

Darren Hinton
Vice President - Operations Manager
Education: Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and Management, Kansas State University. Darren joined Milender White Construction Co. in September of 1998. He also was previously employed by Hensel Phelps. His previous responsibilities have included field engineer, office engineer, project engineer and project manager. He oversees all project management personnel and company training (Management Development Program).
