Bryon co-founded Milender White Construction Co. in 1997 and has guided the company to annual revenues of $100 million and more than 150 employees. He attributes the success of the company to consistently establishing relationships based on transparency, trust and integrity. That foundation sets a course for success and life-long business partnerships. Bryon explains, "We want to be working for our clients 20 years down the line. It's about doing the right thing when no one is looking; about asking our clients how we're doing; and together with our team members, keeping an eye toward the future".

Prior to co-founding Milender White Construction Co., Bryon worked for one of the nation's largest and most successful contractors, Hensel Phelps Construction Co., managing buildings of nearly every project type and delivery method. Bryon received his Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Currently Bryon is serving as Chair Elect for 2012 for the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Rocky Mountain Chapter. 

Prior to his role of Vice President and co-founder of Milender White Construction Co., Mike enjoyed a 13 year career at Hensel Phelps Construction Co. where he worked his way through the ranks of carpenter, carpenter foreman, general foreman and project superintendent.

Mike's practical field experience, particularly related to safety, schedule and quality, has earned him an outstanding reputation in the industry. His construction knowledge, tireless work ethic and positive attitude make him an exemplary leader and mentor. Mike is passionate about project safety and serves as Chair of Milender White Construction Co.'s Safety Committee.

Darren is a Senior Vice President and Division Manager of Milender White Construction Co.'s Special Projects and Rocky Mountain Divisions. He is accountable for the success of each project under his leadership in addition to recruiting, hiring and employee training. Darren's continued involvement in professional organizations helps him maintain a thorough understanding of new technologies and compelling developments in the construction industry.

Prior to joining Milender White, Darren worked for Hensel Phelps Construction Co., where his roles included Field Engineer, Office Engineer, Project Engineer and ultimately Project Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science Management from Kansas State University.

As a Senior Vice President and the MW Solar and Telecom Group Division Manager, Shane brings a multitude of experiences and strengths to the oversight and construction management of commercial and utility grade solar projects.

Shane has more than 15 years of commercial construction experience and excels in project management and team leadership. His experience and understanding of the design-build process and his knowledge of the installation and maintenance of solar systems make him the ideal project executive for all solar projects.

Shane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Brian is the Finance Director of CH2M HILL's Facilities and Infrastructure Division and was the company's Treasurer for five years. CH2M HILL is a $6.0 billion multinational engineering and construction firm. Prior to his involvement in the engineering and construction industries, Brian spent 12 years as a commercial and investment banker where he specialized in operational and capital-raising , as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Brian received his Masters of Science degree in Finance from the London Business School and his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Arizona State University.
