In 2009, the company formed MW Solar, a division of Milender White Construction Co. to service the needs of clients and utilities implementing effective solar solutions throughout the United States. We specialize in large scale distributive generation facilities and small to medium size utility power plants. MW Solar can customize each project approach through performing as a Construction Manager (CM), General Contractor (GC), or provide turnkey EPC services. As a long term team member, MW Solar can also provide complete system maintenance, performance monitoring and service for the life of the system.
CM/GC
Solar projects require extensive coordination prior to installation at occupied or operational facilities. Significant amount of effort is focused on preparation for seamless inter connection, safe roof loading, efficient installation, protection of existing structures, and most of all the safety of the personnel installing the system and occupying the host site.
Our solar program and CM/GC services are wide-ranging, though designed to meet your specific goals and needs. It is our number one goal to protect you and your asset from the start of budgeting through design, installation and commissioning. MWCC has self-perform capabilities in field engineering , earthwork, demolition, site clearing, concrete foundations, rack installation, module installation, electrical, commissioning and maintenance, enabling us to put boots on the ground when it best suits the needs of a project.

EPC Services (Design-Build)
MW Solar provides clients with turnkey EPC services functioning as a contractor-led design-build group. With our extensive experience building and managing diverse projects, we can effectively lead the designers, consultants, contractors and vendors. Our design-build team is comprised of design and construction professionals with the experience and understanding necessary to bring a turnkey project from concept to completion.
System Maintenance
MW Solar can provide valuable maintenance, performance monitoring and repair services to our solar projects. The lifecycle of each solar development truly begins at the completion of installation. Therefore, MW Solar can be a valued team member addition through the full useful life of the system. Each project is completed with long term performance expectations - meeting or exceeding these expectations requires scheduled maintenance, cleaning and inspections.
We have trained technicians on staff and the ability to monitor the systems remotely via our proprietary software internet based project management system, Engineered Online Solutions (EOS).
