Milender White Construction Co.'s Special Projects Division (SPD) was established in 2010 with the purpose of undertaking challenging and un ique projects including restorations, rehabilitations, historic preservations, and interior renovations. Many of our SPD projects are completed on a fast-track schedule and involve work in occupied facilities.
