Milender White works
with the architect and owner to develop a detailed
design and construction budget. Concurrently,
we begin to develop schedules, making certain
that adequate time is allowed for submittal
review, site inspections and startup.
Our approach to cost control
is proactive. Milender White maps out a comprehensive
budget, monitors costs against that budget and
rapidly employs remedial strategies to avoid
negative trends.
Scheduling
Milender White maintains
an expert scheduling team in its offices in
Golden, Colorado. We use Microsoft® Project
as our standard scheduling program, but our
staff is also able to generate schedules in
Primavera® and Sure Trak®. If a client
has special requirements, we can also customize
reports to address virtually any client needs.
Communication
Milender White’s
communication procedures ensure that all project
team members have access to information and
control over every aspect of the project. Good
reporting procedures are essential, along with
early schedule announcements which enhance the
completion of the project in a timely and efficient
manner.
