Project Summary

Located on lovely South La Brea Avenue just north of Wilshire Boulevard in L.A.’s Miracle Mile neighborhood, this 300,240 sq. ft. project is an energized new mixed-use development with 8 stories of cast-in-place concrete construction. The building will include 125 hotel guestrooms and 121 residential units, with creative first-floor features in the restaurant and retail space. The second floor will house a shared amenity space, and the eighth floor will feature a restaurant/bar and outdoor pool and terrace. Units will range from one to three bedrooms with private balconies. There are also two levels of underground parking (69,349 sq. ft.) with 171 stalls and 14 electric vehicle parking stations. Bicycle parking is also a valued feature of this community, with 110 residential, 30 hotel and 18 nonresidential biking spaces provided.

The project is designed to meet the Green Building Code requirements for the City of Los Angeles and will feature energy-efficient and water reduction systems. It will be Milender White’s first full concrete high-rise and hospitality project in Southern California.

The Milender White Preconstruction team is producing advanced logistics plans to minimize impact in the busy urban area. They are using visual guides and trend logs to explore value alternatives for owner savings.
