The 359-unit, 495,697 sq. ft. community sits just steps from the campuses of California State University, Fullerton, Hope International University and Ketchum University, in an attractive and walkable neighborhood with convenient OCTA and METROLINK connections. Hub Fullerton is not only adjacent to CSUF, but also just a short commute away from the Anaheim Canyon and Platinum Triangle employment centers.
Amenities abound: a pool, climbing wall and volleyball court on the roof level, and an onsite fitness center, spa room and yoga studio on the first floor. Terraces, street-level mini-yards and inviting common areas will provide gathering spaces for tenants.
Hub Fullerton will have five levels of Type III construction above a Type I podium. A multi-level garage within the project’s footprint will contain 630 structured parking stalls, plus more than 2,000 sq. ft. reserved for bicycle parking.
Groundbreaking for Hub Fullerton is slated for Q1 2023.
