Milender White is excited to partner with Parkhill Development Company to prepare the site and civil requirements for the Navona project as part of the Aurora Metro Center Master Plan. The parcel of land being developed for the project is located just east of I-225 and close to the City Center of Aurora and just south of City Center Park.
Scope of work for the site includes significant earthwork, infrastructure, and site utilities to prepare the area for future vertical build opportunities to include mixed use, multifamily residential, and commercial building as well as a large central plaza with green space, picnic areas, food truck parking, art sculptures, and a shaded stage performance area.
