Block 1B of this 12-acre inner-city master plan includes (4), four-story apartment buildings with below grade parking garages. At approximately 33,000 sq. ft., each building was designed to house 30 to 32 affordable apartment units.
The site includes a playground and public leisure areas with complete landscaping as well as off street parking and a large water detention vault. Milender White worked closely with the City of Denver and the project civil engineer to coordinate the appropriate utilities and infrastructure needed to restore the original street grid. In the process, two new streets were created – Court Place and Cleveland Avenue.
