This project is in the heart of downtown Denver, walking distance from Union Station and Coors Field. This 23-story multifamily project will consist of 6 parking levels, a 1st-floor main lobby, with the top floor being Penthouse level apartments with upgraded finishes as well as ground-level retail. The building includes a total of 261 apartment units with a mix of one-, two- and three – bedroom units with private balconies.
The Fairlane will house an amenity deck with natural gas BBQ grills and fire pits, an elevated swimming pool, and seating areas with pavers as well as artificial grass. In addition, this property will include an interior lounge with kitchen and seating area, game area, pet grooming and walking section, bicycle repair station and storage, as well as 249 parking spaces.
This project is a Post-tensioned CIP high-rise building with a façade constructed with prefabricated panels, highlightling building accents and details. The design responds to its urban setting while creating a sleek modern landscape with unique architectural features.
The MW preconstruction team is currently working with GBT Realty Corporation and Gresham Smith Architects to finalize project details and begin construction.
