Project Summary

The Huxley mixed-use development consists of 187 units ranging from 680 to 1,254 sq. ft. with six levels built over a three-level subterranean concrete parking structure. The Huxley is situated on 1.61 acres with 16,700 sq. ft. of commercial / retail space.

The open air public pedestrian level includes retail and restaurant space and open area seating plaza. There are two private courtyards for recreation, a private pool with cabana areas along with a clubhouse and fitness center.

An expansive rooftop terrace overlooking La Brea with views of the iconic Hollywood sign and the city lights also offers a meditation / contemplation garden, outdoor entertainment facilities, BBQ and dining areas and an “under the stars” theatre.
