Project Summary

Schnitzer West, Davis Partnership Architects and Milender White have partnered to design and build a new market-rate residential community on the corner of Greenwood Plaza Boulevard and E. Caley Ave in Centennial, CO. The Westray project is a project with five-stories Type III-A wood construction over a two-story concrete garage podium.  It will provide 339 units of living (studio – three bedrooms) to residents as well as 4,112 sq. ft. of retail space. The project also provides 503 spaces with 170,914 sq. ft. of parking. The total project size is 522,689 sq. ft.

Level one includes leasing and lobby space and a co-working/community space.  Level two will house a fitness and community room.  Level five features a roof-top deck.

The MW preconstruction team will be working closely with Davis Partnership Architects over the next several months as the design is finalized.  MW will provide prefabricated wall and floor panels, MEP design-build services and a phased-turnover approach to meet project goals.

Construction is expected to begin in February 2022.
