1000 Speer is a Class A+ multifamily rental community consisting of 224 units in 16 stories. The shell includes cast-in-place concrete columns and post-tensioned concrete floors and roof deck.

Located at 1000 Speer Boulevard, the tower stands in the heart of Denver’s Golden Triangle neighborhood and has unobstructed panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains to the west and the downtown Denver skyline to the north. The site is directly adjacent to the Cherry Creek hike and bike trail that runs from Cherry Creek through downtown Denver. The project is LEED certified.

The 415,706 sq. ft. tower includes a west-facing, 7,000 sq. ft. outdoor amenity deck on the 6th floor with a swimming pool. The five level parking garage consists of 285 controlled access parking spaces, bike and ski storage and a dog grooming station.

There is 8,000 sq. ft. of resident amenity space on the ground floor that includes a fitness club, golf simulator, conference room with videoconferencing capabilities, and a resident lounge. Other building amenities include concierge services and a second resident lounge on the 7th floor overlooking the pool with abundant outdoor seating and entertaining areas, featuring multiple grilling areas and a fire pit.

The units range in size from 485 sq. ft. studios to 2,000 sq. ft. three-bedrooms and offer high-end finishes and appliances, including natural gas ranges, front-load washers and dryers, granite and quartz countertops, solar window shades, hardwood flooring throughout, exotic millwork, glass backsplashes, floor-to-ceiling windows, and 8’ entry and interior doors.
