Brunetti Lofts, a 28,400 sq. ft. affordable housing development, consists of 23 residential units. Located downtown at 26th and Larimer, the project was built for working single-parent families who have participated in or graduated from a transitional housing program.
The project was financed through the use of 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTCs), grants from the City of Denver and the State of Colorado, and gifts to Mile High United Way.
