This five-story, 101,191 sq. ft., 150-room hotel is located in the Boulder Transit Village. The ground floor consists of entry lobbies, guest services, conference space, pool, and back of house areas. Inviting outdoor terraces and a corner bar with kitchen are also included on the first floor. The remaining levels are dedicated to guest rooms with expanded conference rooms on the second floor.
The structural system consists of slab-on-grade, foundations, CMU shafts, and a post-tensioned podium frame to support the two-story atrium lobbies and wood frame above. The exterior is brick and stucco veneer with curtain wall framing.
The hotel is connected to the Regional Transportation District (RTD) Boulder Transit Village with regional bus transit capabilities and hotel/RTD specific parking structure.
