This three-building development is located at 28th Avenue and Vallejo Street in the Lower Highlands.  The 266,465 sq. ft., 273-unit apartment community features unobstructed views of downtown Denver’s skyline and the Front Range.

The development consists of three buildings (Type III Construction) flanking 28th Street.  Blocks A and B to the north include (2) three-story buildings on top of a concrete podium with two levels of below grade parking.  Blocks A and B are divided by an existing alley.  The larger Block C consists of a building moving from five- to three-stories following the uphill grade change.  The Block C building is also on top of a concrete podium with 2½ levels of underground parking.  There are a total of 320 structured parking spaces.

Outdoor amenities include a pool, hot tub, fire pits, water features, built-in seating, landscape planters and gas grills.  Indoor amenities include a leasing office, conference room, fitness and yoga rooms, bar/lounge and common coffee bar open seating areas.
