The project was delivered via a design-build approach and is LEED Platinum certified. The development achieves 50% energy cost savings relative to ASHRAE standard.

Mariposa Phase III is comprised of 93 units, including six townhomes, and totals 124,935 sq. ft. The first floor includes commercial and retail space. There is a one-level structured underground parking garage with 38 spaces.
