Milender White performed interior and exterior renovations to this five building apartment complex totaling 141 units. All buildings and amenity areas were vacant allowing for optimal construction sequencing.
All units received new double-pane energy efficient windows, kitchen cabinets, counters and appliances, fresh paint throughout, luxury vinyl floors in unit common areas, new carpet in bedrooms and front doors and hardware. Common area and amenity space renovations and modifications included the outdoor pool, clubhouse, workout facility and rooftop deck.
