Project Summary

This new 37,000 sq. ft. facility provides office space, maintenance area and future space for telecommunications equipment and operations. The one story building has concrete spread and pad footings, structural CMU bearing walls, with steel joists for the roof structure. The exterior enclosure consists of the bearing CMU walls, aluminum storefront window system and doors and a TPO membrane roof.

The office space and future telecommunications spaces have 18” raised flooring to provide for under floor air distribution of the HVAC system. Lighting in the office space is provided by LED fixtures for energy efficiency. The eight maintenance bays have an in-slab hydronic heating system with skylights to provide natural light.

The site consists of all concrete paving drive lanes and parking areas with low maintenance landscaping. A carport provides protected parking for maintenance and fleet vehicles. Exterior lighting is also LED.
