Billy is a dedicated construction executive with 21 years of experience leading successful multifamily and educational projects from preconstruction to ribbon cutting. His leadership guides teams effectively in constructability, procurement, and subcontracting, drawing on his strong network of trade partners. For fifteen years, he honed his skills in financial and capital asset management, project scheduling, and quality assurance at one of the largest construction corporations in the country. His decade of field experience, combined with his management abilities, makes him an exceptional leader of project delivery teams. Billy earned his business administration degree from California State University, Fullerton. Beyond work, he is a proud father of two daughters and leads an active life that includes surfing, snowboarding, skydiving, golfing, mountain biking, triathlons, and playing the drums, as well as coaching his daughters softball team. He, his wife Elisha, and their family lead “Rex and Heartbeaters,” committed to supporting Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and improving the lives of those affected by congenital heart disease.
