Field Engineer

Engineering and construction management graduates start here. This is where you begin filling your tool belt with hands-on project experience – includes subcontractor/craft relations, production reporting, layout, primary and secondary control; most importantly, this is where your safety training and the development of your safety culture begins. This position receives standard benefits.

Office Engineer

Office Engineer

Assigned to the Shared Resource Center, you will continue to develop basic office management skills – includes submittal management, posting contract documents, RFI’s, maintaining project records and assisting the Project Engineer. This position receives standard benefits.

Project Engineer

Project Engineer

This is where you develop the skills to advance your career toward Project Superintendent or Project Manager by overseeing material procurement, project cost control, sub-contracting and buy-out. Most importantly, your safety leadership and responsibility continues to grow. This position receives standard benefits, plus S-Units, Paid Sabbatical and Vehicle Allowance.

Area Superintendent

Area Superintendent

This is where you develop the skills to advance your career toward Project Superintendent or Project Manager by overseeing scheduling, solving logistic challenges, managing man-power, and most importantly, daily site safety oversight. This position receives all the standard benefits, plus S-Units, Paid Sabbatical and Vehicle Allowance or Company Vehicle.
