Milender White started construction operations on Crossing Pointe, a new development for Unison Housing Partners (formally Adams County Housing Authority). The 64-unit apartment community in Thornton, Colo. is part of the Crossroads Station transit oriented development area located at Colorado & 104th. This first phase features a 74,983-sq. ft., four-story, wood-framed apartment building dedicated to senior housing.
“As a company, we have been working with area housing authorities for years, and we are thrilled to now have the opportunity to work with Unison,” said Adam Mack, Construction Executive for Milender White. “This project marks our tenth senior housing job, and adds to our company-wide multifamily count of 11,000+ units. We look forward to delivering this project to the Adams County community.”
Crossing Pointe is slated for completion in the fall of 2019.
