Milender White started construction operations on the new Eaton Street Apartments development in Westminster, Colo. The project, which had a strong preconstruction effort by the entire team over the past eight months, is located within the downtown Westminster mixed-use redevelopment of the former Westminster Mall. Eaton Street Apartments will feature 118 affordable housing apartments wrapped around an existing parking garage as well as retail/restaurant space.

The development will feature four stories of residential units and six walk-up townhomes with resident amenity areas on the ground floor and a second floor rooftop deck. The building will wrap the north and east sides of the recently completed parking garage in Downtown Westminster. Additionally, 22,000 square feet of retail/restaurant space is planned along Eaton Street and 89th Avenue.
Eaton Street marks Milender White’s 21st affordable housing project to date. It also marks the company’s third significant project in the City of Westminster. Eaton Street is slated for LEED certifcation and is set to deliver in spring 2019.
