Throughout the week, the company showcased intern accomplishments and expressed gratitude for the invaluable real-world experience and fresh perspectives they bring to the organization. The week-long celebration showcased the impact and significance of MW’s internship program in fostering growth, providing real-world experience, and cultivating a passion for construction and innovation among the next generation of industry leaders.
As part of the week, MW’s social media channels buzzed with spotlights and insights from past and present Rocky Mountain and SoCal Field Engineer interns. Day in the Life videos featuring the 2023 interns provided a glimpse into their exciting and rewarding experiences while working on their assigned projects.
One of the highlights was the project teams’ heartfelt appreciation toward their Field Engineer interns. Teams took it upon themselves to organize lunches to foster open conversations about experiences, challenges, and valuable lessons learned by the interns, bringing their perspectives and continuing to encourage a culture of learning and collaboration.
