BOULDER, CO – May 8, 2025 – Milender White (MW), a leading Colorado-based general contractor, is proud to announce the grand opening of Rally Flats, a transformative affordable housing community developed in partnership with Boulder Housing Partners (BHP) and Coburn Partners. Located at the prominent corner of 29th and Bluff Street, Rally Flats is set to redefine affordable living in the heart of Boulder.
The grand opening celebration will take place today, May 8, 2025, from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM.
Rally Flats will provide 100 affordable apartment homes for residents earning up to 60% of Boulder County’s Area Median Income. The community will feature a variety of floor plans, including 24 studios, 62 one-bedroom units, and 14 two-bedroom units designed to accommodate different household sizes and needs. MW served as the CM/GC and met deadlines by prefabricating wall panels from their Prefabrication Facility.

Rally Flats offers residents convenient access to the Goose Creek multi-use path and high-frequency transit stops along 28th and Valmont, plus nearby grocery stores and neighborhood retail. This redevelopment project plays a key role in the ongoing transformation of the 28th and 30th Street corridors into vibrant, mixed-use, walkable neighborhoods.
The grand opening event, taking place today at Rally Flats, will feature property tours, remarks from key project stakeholders and an opportunity to meet the teams behind the development. Members of the community, local officials, and media representatives are invited to attend and celebrate this significant addition to Boulder’s affordable housing landscape.
