January 2017 – Milender White received three awards from the Rocky Mountain Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors at the organization’s annual State of Union Chapter Awards Dinner.
• 2016 General Contractor of Year – For outstanding service and dedication to merit shop construction.
• Merit Shop Defender – For dedication in supporting ABC’s government affairs initiatives and involvement in various political fundraisers throughout the year.
• Grassroots Champion Award – Recognizes an individual who makes a significant contribution to ABC’s government affairs efforts. Milender White’s senior vice president and construction executive Shane Fobes was awarded the honor.

Additionally, Milender White senior vice president and construction executive Darren Hinton was recognized by the organization for his time and dedication serving as the chapter chair in 2016. “Darren is a strategic thinker and visionary,” Latimer said. “Through his leadership, he encouraged both the board and staff to question the status quo and to seek new possibilities. It has been a real pleasure working with Darren during his term and I appreciate his dedication to ensuring that the chapter keeps moving forward in meeting the needs and expectations of our members.”
