Milender White has started construction operations on Ascent Union Station in Downtown Denver. The new 14-story, mixed-use Greystar development is set for completion in Fall 2019.
Located between 19th and 20th Streets on Wewatta Street in the Union Station Neighborhood, Ascent is a 387,382 sq. ft., high-rise apartment building with 168 luxury residential units, two guest suites, amenity spaces, ground floor retail and underground parking. Building amenities include a club room and a swimming pool/recreation deck at the penthouse level.
Ascent is now the second Milender White high-rise project currently under construction in downtown Denver. Speer & Bannock, a 16-story apartment complex in the Golden Triangle Neighborhood, broke ground in January, and is set for completion in summer 2019.
