Construction at Riverwalk continues to advance across all components of the development, with key structural milestones achieved and multiple buildings progressing simultaneously.
Building A reached an important milestone with wood framing underway since mid-June and structural concrete nearing completion in mid-July. Building C has also entered the vertical construction phase, with framing activities beginning in early July and concrete progress continuing through the month. Meanwhile, work on Buildings B and D is focused on concrete foundations, laying the groundwork for the next phase of vertical construction.
Significant progress is also being made within the retail village, where structural steel work began at the start of July, helping to shape the future commercial core of the project.
Overall, the project is now approximately 21% complete, with 97% bought out, demonstrating strong alignment across procurement and field operations.
Looking Ahead
In the coming weeks, construction efforts will focus on MEP interior rough-in for Buildings A and C, continued progress on Building B and D foundations and underground MEP rough in, and ongoing structural steel installation in the retail village. These next steps will further drive momentum as Riverwalk continues to take shape.
