In the fall of 2016, Milender White introduced the much-coveted Project Pride Award. All Milender White projects compete against each other in the areas of organization and housekeeping. Points are awarded based on tidiness, proper signage, amenities for the project team, proper storage areas, etc. Projects are judged monthly by Milender White’s safety managers, and the winner is announced at that month’s Superintendents meeting.
