Morgan Lysohir Promoted to Vice President

Milender White (MW) is proud to announce that Morgan Lysohir has been elected as shareholder (effective January 1, 2019) and has been promoted to Work Procurement Executive & Vice President. She is the first female to hold either of these titles at MW while also becoming its first female shareholder.

Lysohir began her career at Milender White in the Denver office in 2010. Within one year with the company, she was promoted to Project Manager and three years later she was selected to lead the Southern California office as Construction Executive.

“This is a well-earned and deserved recognition for Morgan,” said Bryon White, President and CEO of Milender White. “She has made a positive impact on this company from day one. Her can-do attitude and fearless approach make her uniquely qualified in a very challenging, but rewarding industry. We are proud to have our first female shareholder and Vice President in the company.  She is a wonderful example for others within the industry to follow.”

Lysohir has been instrumental in the growth of the company in Southern California. Currently, Milender White has more than $400 million in projects under construction or preconstruction in the area. The California district made its second appearance on the ENR Top General Contractors in California last year, coming in at no. 68 – up 15 spots from 2017.

Named to ENR California’s Top 20 Under 40 Class of 2018, Lysohir received her bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of Florida and earned her master’s degree in Construction Engineering & Management from the University of Colorado. She currently lives in Costa Mesa with her husband and two daughters.
