MW Formally Submits Fourth Street Crossing Site Plan

Milender White submitted its Fourth Street Crossing Site Plan to the Town of Silverthorne today. As part of the Town’s process for site submittals, Milender White will host a Community Meeting to present its plan and answer questions from community members. The Community Meeting is set for Thursday, July 12 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Silverthorne Pavilion (400 Blue River Pkwy). Felsburg Holt & Ullevig (FHU) will also present its plans for Highway 9 improvements through Silverthorne at this meeting.

“In the past year, we have received overwhelming support for the programming we have planned for Fourth Street Crossing,” said Tim Fredregill, Development Executive for Milender White. “That programming has not changed, but we have made a few adjustments based on Town Council’s comments from our Working Session back in January. We are excited to present our work to the community.”

Milender White’s site plan calls for a mixed-use development that is rooted in the Silverthorne Comprehensive Plan and the Town Core Design District Standards and Guidelines. Programming includes a 26,000-sq. ft. market hall with several food and beverage choices, a 100+ key hotel, for-sale townhomes and condos and several “main street” shops on 4th Street.

After the Community Meeting, the development team will work closely with the Town on the specifics of the site plan as they work towards final approval and start of construction
