Denverites in the Uptown Neighborhood can celebrate a hip new residential community on the horizon. Milender White (MW), in partnership with Crescent Communities (CC), and Tryba Architects celebrated the groundbreaking of Denver Uptown’s newest unique mixed-use development, Novel Uptown on August 31, 2022. The team above with members of the community joined in the celebration of the 10-story, 261-unit, an upscale apartment community with ground-floor retail. Located at the intersection of 16th and Logan Streets, Novel Uptown will also feature a landscaped roof deck with a pool and spa as well as a club room, kitchen and dining, and 223 parking spaces.
The design responds to its urban setting by incorporating influences of music, art, and culture, while interweaving colors and textures inspired by adjacent historic architecture. Residents will be able to enjoy unobstructed views of downtown, the mountains, and the iconic spires of the nearby Archdiocese of Denver. Novel Uptown is within walking distance from Denver’s Civic Center Park and Arts District, making it the perfect location to enjoy all Denver’s Uptown neighborhood has to offer, including Restaurant Row, City Park, and The Denver Zoo. This hip project is also designed to comply with Denver’s Green Building Initiative.
