The project meets the 2012 Enterprise Green Communities Certification Criteria as required by Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA).

Milender White was also responsible for earthwork, utility services, asphalt pavement, public and private streets, sidewalks, landscaping, solar carports, community green, and miscellaneous improvements on this 9.5 acre site, including utility main lines.
