Milender White joined the design-build team for this 20,422 sq. ft. building after it was learned that the spectacular showroom was going to run significantly over budget. We worked with the architect to provide value engineering options and made our subcontractors integral partners of the design-build team to provide design and installation services with respect to the fire protection, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and landscaping systems. Highlights include the 6,775 sq. ft. showroom constructed of glass and aluminum storefront glazing and a 9,600 sq. ft. service area, both with large floor-to-ceiling windows providing natural light.
