Phase 2 work continued where Phase 1 work left off, completing the project beginning at the existing aluminum wall system, exterior uninsulated back-up wall, exposed foundation walls and exposed roof deck. Our work included the extension of existing building systems including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, fire detection and protection, plus performing new work on these systems; low-voltage systems; interior construction including walls, floors, ceilings, railings, doors/frames and interior finishes; and elevator controls. The building is LEED Gold certified.
