This 39,000 sq. ft. golf course clubhouse employs traditional mountain lodge architecture and top-quality materials like Colorado sandstone, slate and quarry tile, massive cedar timbers, and peeled pine log pillars. Dramatic views of the Rocky Mountains and the Denver skyline are visible through a wide expanse of windows.
To expedite construction, Milender White provided concrete lift drawings to fast-track the building foundation. Our work included value engineering for HVAC and redesign of the mechanical system, and we also provided design-build electrical services to coordinate the electrical design with the new mechanical system.
