Inglewood Market Gateway

Inglewood Market Gateway is a new transit-oriented, mixed-use development on a 2.77-acre site. Part of the Downtown Inglewood revitalization project, this 260,012 sq. ft. project features five levels of residential totaling 242 units and a rec room, leasing office and fitness center at the Type III-A podium level.  48,473 sq. ft. retail space and 438 parking stalls (Type IA) are situated at the over street-level. Units range from 667 sq. ft. to 1325 sq. ft. of living space.

Community members will enjoy a recreation/community room, media room, leasing office and fitness center at podium level. The development also features three restaurants, five retail spaces and a grocery store.  There are several open courtyards in the building design, with the south courtyard featuring a pool and pool deck.
