Inglewood Market Gateway is a new transit-oriented, mixed-use development on a 2.77-acre site. Part of the Downtown Inglewood revitalization project, this 260,012 sq. ft. project features five levels of residential totaling 242 units and a rec room, leasing office and fitness center at the Type III-A podium level. An additional 48,473 sq. ft. of retail space and 438 parking stalls (Type IA) are situated at the over-street level. Units range from 667 sq. ft. to 1325 sq. ft. of living space. Milender White is proud to be a partner in this project, which is one of the initial steps in Inglewood’s transit-oriented development (TOD) plan and its Historic Downtown Revitalization. What has been an empty lot for over 30 years will now become a beautiful new residential community.
Residents will enjoy a recreation/community room, media room, leasing office and fitness center at podium level. The development also features three restaurants, five retail spaces and a grocery store. There are several open courtyards in the building design, with the south courtyard featuring a pool and pool deck. Apartment finishes are high-quality, with solid surface tops and locally sourced casework.
