Prior to installation of the array, Milender White completed demolition of abandoned wastewater treatment basins, asbestos abatement and imported 2,000 cubic yards of structural fill and built a new electrical duct bank on this three acre site. Due to underground obstructions, the ground mount fixed array was installed on ballasted foundations.
