This 342,000 sq. ft., 14-story hotel includes 228 suites and a 443 car, six-level structured parking garage. The exterior cladding consists of natural stone, traditional brick systems, metal panels, stucco and custom windows.
The first floor features a full-service kitchen and bar and adjacent retail space. The suites incorporate the Residence Inn high standards with full service kitchenettes, granite counters and upgraded amenities. Other guest amenities include 1,740 sq. ft. of meeting space, laundry facilities, library and a breakfast/sitting room.
By self-performing the concrete portions of this project, including the structured parking garage, Milender White maintained an aggressive schedule.
