Milender White completed a core remodel and classroom upgrade to this school built in 1961.
To accommodate school operations, the project was scheduled in two phases. Phase 1 enabled us to occupy 10,000 sq. ft. of the 30,000 sq. ft. renovation and begin construction on three of the four additions. Phase 2 allowed us to occupy the remaining 20,000 sq. ft. of the renovation and included construction on the fourth addition and construction on the site improvements.
Due to the limited amount of time to complete the renovation, scheduling and planning were critical. Milender White and our team of subcontractors worked with the architect and Jefferson County Public School District to remedy existing problems such as abatement removal, replacing the entire existing plumbing system and site drainage that were disclosed once construction had begun.
