A lot is happening at Van Nuys & Vose!
The interior units have successfully completed the CASp review and are now progressing through the Housing + Community Investment Department of the City of Los Angeles (HCID) inspections. Outside, the courtyards are taking shape, with landscaping installed and pavers in place.
The project also reached an important milestone with the delivery of the switchgear and transformer by the Los Angeles Department of Water & Power (LADWP). The team is now preparing for project energization with a safe and carefully coordinated startup plan.
Last week, ownership hosted a site walk with project guests, who were excited to see the progress and momentum on site.
A big thank you to the project leadership team, trade partners, and field crews for their continued dedication and hard work. We’re getting closer to the finish line and look forward to sharing more updates soon.
