Matt began his construction career at age 14, working during his high school years and working his way through college as a concrete carpenter, finisher, and equipment operator. After college, Matt’s project experience involved multiple challenging and complex projects, including three concrete high-rise buildings totaling 109 floors and a variety of private and public projects. Matt joined Milender White in 2013. He has diligently worked his way through the roles of Preconstruction Services Manager, Estimating Executive, Construction Executive and Work Procurement Executive to Vice President and shareholder in early 2020. Matt earned his bachelor’s degree in construction management from South Dakota State University.
