Ryan joined Milender White in 2011 after earning his B.S. in Construction Management from Colorado State University and brings more than 20+ years of extensive construction and operational experience to delivering high-quality assets for our clients. He began his career in the Rocky Mountain district as a Project Engineer and Project Manager, later advancing to Construction Executive as the company expanded its West Coast operations. Ryan has been instrumental in establishing Milender White’s presence and reputation in Southern California. He has led and managed multifamily developments in Santa Monica and the greater Los Angeles area while cultivating and strengthening key relationships with Owners and Architects. His long-standing tenure with Milender White has provided him with a deep understanding of the company’s culture, processes, and expectations—resulting in numerous successful project outcomes. As a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP), Ryan brings a strong commitment to quality, sustainability, and collaborative project delivery. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and hitting the golf course as much as possible.
