We are proud to announce that the Rocky Mountain and SoCal chapters of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) have each awarded MW 2023 Eagle Awards for Excellence in the Construction of multifamily/residential communities. Capitol Square Apartments in Denver, CO, and Mission Gateway Apartments, in Los Angeles, CA, were honored as projects that overcame challenges to deliver much-needed affordable housing to their respective communities.
On Capitol Square 
Apartments, MW collaborated with Mile High Development, KTGY Architecture and Brinshore to build high-quality affordable housing one block from the Colorado State Capitol. The project offers 103 units plus a ground-floor community room, a fitness center, 68 parking spaces, an attractively landscaped second-story courtyard, and beautiful common areas.
At 356 units, Mission Gateway is one of the largest affordable housing developments recently built in Southern California. MW took the lead on this design-build project delivered for Meta Housing Corporation, a major workforce housing developer in the region. AC Martin served as the architect.
