Milender White is providing full design-build services for this new 356-unit apartment community serving the North Hills neighborhood in the San Fernando Valley. Mission Gateway will be one of Southern California’s largest affordable housing developments. Our preconstruction team appointed an elite group of design consultants and design-build contractors to expertly blend construction and design skills to achieve the most efficient solutions to meet owner requirements.
Located at 8811 Sepulveda Boulevard, Mission Gateway will offer affordable studio to four-bedroom apartments. The 386,540 sq. ft. complex will also provide 311 ground-level parking stalls and ample bicycle parking. Community amenities include a recreation room, children’s playroom, pet spa, fitness center, community gathering/event spaces and a splash pad. The project is a five-level Type VA and IA on grade.
