Milender White is providing full design-build services for the Sepulveda Apartments, a new affordable residential community serving the North Hills neighborhood in Los Angeles. The MW Preconstruction team has appointed an expert team of design consultants and design-build contractors who are expertly blending construction and design expertise to achieve the most efficient solution to achieve the owners’ requirements.
Located at 8811 Sepulveda Boulevard, the Mission Gateway Apartments will provide 356 affordable residential units ranging from studios to four-bedroom apartments. The 386,540 sq. ft. complex will also provide 356 ground-level parking stalls and 392 bike parking stalls. Community amenities include a recreation room, children’s playroom, pet spa, fitness center, community gathering/event spaces and a splash pad. The project is a five-level type VA and IA on grade.
Meta Housing intends to obtain financing for the project through low-income housing tax credits and tax-exempt bonds. Milender White joins as a partner in this mission to be a significant builder of supportive and low-income rental developments in Los Angeles.
