LUMA will offer 94 apartments in Denver’s Capitol Hill neighborhood. The nine-story concrete building includes a conventional garage with one level below grade and 2 above plus storage for bicycles.
The project will contain a variety of unit types, ranging from studios to three bedrooms. Top-level units will have mezzanines and an amenity deck. All residents will be able to access a fitness room and a stunning rooftop space with Colorado landscaping and 360º views. Thematic landscaping will enhance LUMA’s exterior.
While LUMA is conceived as a place of respite from Denver’s hustle and bustle, it is also nicely amid the city’s activity, in a walkable and transit-rich neighborhood.
