The 14-story, 387,382 sq. ft., high-rise apartment building includes 168 luxury residential units, two guest suites, amenity spaces and 3,470 sq. ft. of ground floor retail. The development is served by a 93,977-sq. ft., two level below grade parking structure with 208 spaces and two loading docks off an existing service drive. Parking is also provided at the second floor. Residences are located on floors 3 – 11 as well as a penthouse levels I & II.
Amenities include a clubroom looking out over a swimming pool, a large and beautiful “Pullman lounge” and recreation deck at the penthouse II level.The MW team is meeting the challenge of a tight urban construction zone, including building lot line to lot line and supporting traffic needs with an adjacent alley. Subcontractor are teamed in a design-assist partnership with The Mulhern Group to finalize design details.
