Milender White is excited to partner with the Foothills Regional Housing (formerly Jefferson County Housing Authority) and Van Meter Williams Pollack Architects to build a new 100-unit residential community to serve community members who desire high-quality, affordable living. The urban infill project replaces a smaller existing apartment complex and is designed to include 72 one-bedroom and 28 two-bedroom apartments with 5% of the units designated as Type A accessible. The community will feature indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, a leasing office, a Job Training Center and parking.
The project is supported by Foothills Regional Housing, Urban Ventures LLC and 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTCs) provided by the State of Colorado. Allison Village will be providing housing for programs such as Fosters Future and HUD-VASH, important investments in human capital, community improvement and public health initiatives.
MW will be prefabricating wall and floor panels for the development, which will result in an accelerated schedule, increased safety and on-site efficiency.
Groundbreaking for Allison Village Apartments was celebrated on June 3rd, 2021. Read more about the groundbreaking!
