Project Summary

AMLI Broadway Park is a mixed-use development located one block from the West Alameda Avenue and Bannock Street light-rail station. Situated on a 2.68-acre lot, AMLI Broadway Park will provide 375 apartment units and 14,500 sq. ft. of retail, with a 520-space podium parking garage.  The five-story development is type IIIA construction above two levels of type IA podium and one level of below-grade parking.

Seventeen ground-floor townhome units make up the north, west and east faces of the project.  Amenities will include multiple courtyards, a level-six outdoor amenity space, and a two-story fitness and clubhouse area.  A pool, barbeque and lounge area, dog run, indoor library/co-working space, and community gardening beds provide residents with a truly exceptional urban living experience.

The Milender White Preconstruction team is providing in-depth constructability reviews using 4D Building Information Modeling (BIM) to fully integrate with the neighboring development(s) work that abuts and surrounds the building including the Mercado Plaza, dry and wet utility relocations, and phased occupancies for all the developments.
