Milender White developed and now owns and operates the Bluebird Market at Fourth Street Crossing in Silverthorne, CO. Fourth Street Crossing is a 3.8-acre placemaking district that affirms Silverthorne’s status as a modern mountain town.
Bluebird Market is a food hall with a lively atmosphere, with open seating, flexible event space, a yard game area, and interactive arcade games. The iconic Old Dillon Inn was preserved and included within the 28,954 sq. ft. structure; it will soon become a bar and restaurant to further enhance the space.
Offering visitors 12 chef-driven culinary concepts plus goods from local retail entrepreneurs, the Market has already become a place where the best creative minds and businesses connect to grow and build a destination for the entire community. Adjacent to the eateries, families can enjoy The PlayGarten, a multi-age, multi-attraction indoor play area providing year-round fun for all ages. Kids can run, jump, climb and tumble, while adults enjoy the in-house biergarten.
Bluebird Market is situated in the hub of the 4th Street Crossing District near the transit station, the 115-room Hotel Indigo, and a public parking garage with 203 stalls. The District also includes townhomes and two mixed-use condo buildings.
